ATTENDEES

Electronics Inc. is sponsoring the 2012 US Shot Peening / Blast Cleaning Workshop and Trade Show. Our workshop instructors are experts from throughout the industry and the trade show allows them the opportunity outside of the classroom to showcase their specific products.  The trade show show is open to all workshop attendees and we encourage everyone to take advantage of this great supplier sourcing and networking opportunity.

EXHIBITORS

You are invited to display your company products and/or services in the Exhibition Hall at the US workshop.  As an exhibitor you'll have access to attendees that are engineers, machine operators, artisans, quality control personnel, etc, in the shot peening and blast cleaning industry.  Then there's also the added benefit of networking with other exhibitors.

ACCOMODATIONS:

• 10' x 10' booth
• Carpet
• Pipe and drape
• 1 table and 2 chairs (additional available)
• Electrical connection
• Banner
• Lunch on workshop days
• Two (2) people per booth (additional booth attendants, $300 each)
• Exhibitors are invited and encouraged to attend any or all classes at no additional charge.

 COST:

• $1900 / booth

 EXHIBIT HOURS:

• Setup is on Monday October 8, 12noon - 5pm
• Exhibits open from October 9 - October 11
  Attendees can visit booths all day long but most traffic will be during breaks and lunches.
• You are invited to ask customers in the area to visit your booth on Wednesday between 4-5pm for no charge.
• Break-down is October 11 at 1pm (after lunch) Please do not break-down booth before this time

• The trade show will be in the dinning area near classrooms.
• Booth location is by exhibitor choice.  Selection order is determined by the date and time of registration.  We will contact each exhibitor for desired booth location when the layout is finalized.

Use the link below to open our new on-line registration form.  This new registration page is preferred method of registering as it will make the registration process efficient and accurate.  The registration page handles all of the locations for our workshops that are currently open for enrolment, so please be sure to select the desired workshop on the opening page.  This page also handles student registrations, so make sure to select the exhibitor button.

Important Instructions:

After entering the registration information you will be asked to verify your registration(s) and to specify a payment option.  Upon verification your registration information is transmitted to EI's Education Division for processing however, the registration is not complete until payment is received.  Payment options include: credit card via fax, company check, and wire transfer.

After selecting a payment option follow the instructions to send your payment into Electronics Incorporated.  Credit cards are processed manually within one business day by office staff so exchange rates for foreign currencies may vary.

If required, credit card payment by phone is available - To do so, please use the Credit Card by Fax option and write "Call for card info" on the form along with a phone number and an available time for us to call.  Then fax the form into Electronics Incorporated and a representative will call you to obtain the credit card information.
