General Information:

Registration/Enrollment: Course enrollment is limited. Demand for the workshop is high and space is limited, so early registration is recommended! Group discounts are available as indicated on the Registration Form

 

Workshop Fee:
$600 USD (1 attendee/company)
$550 USD(2-3 or more attendees/company)
$500 USD (4 or more attendees/company)
Fee includes: Workbook, break refreshments and lunch. It does not include transportation, lodging, dinner meals or entertainment.
A Certificate of Attendance is presented to each registrant. Proceedings are not published.

FAA and JAA: Special fee arrangements will be made for FAA and JAA employees. Call for information. 574 256-5001, or 1-800 832-5653.

Attire: Casual attire is acceptable.

Language: The workshop will be conducted in English.

Refunds and Cancellations: If you cancel your registration, you will be charged a $84.00 administrative fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and received at least seven (7) working days prior to the start of the workshop. Cancellations made after April 23 , 2007 or workshop "no shows" will be liable for the full fee. Enrollment substitutions may be made at any time.

Arrival & Location:  The workshop and trade show will be held at the InterContinental Montreal.


Check-in will take place Tuesday, May 6, from 7:30 am- 8:15 am. Upon check-in you will be issued an ID which will be required for entrance to classes, breakfasts, lunches and breaks. Your classroom materials will be given to you at this time along with classroom location and schedule information.

Shot Peening Exam: Optional Flapper Peening test and Level 1, 2, or 3, Shot Peening Exams for qualified students will be given at the end of the workshop, May 7. Cost of the exam is $100 USD . More exam information.

Note: You should register for only ONE examination since the time allowed is usually not sufficient to take two exams at one workshop. You can take successive levels of exams at any EI workshop (US, Europe, Asia, Canada or other regional workshops) or contact us for on-site training in your facilities.

The workshop will be held at the InterContinental Montreal hotel in the in the heart of historic Old Montréal. The hotel is ideally located just minutes from Montreal's finest shopping, entertainment, cultural and financial districts. It is also within convenient walking distance to, or a short taxi drive away from, the city's most notable business and leisure attractions.

The InterContinental Montreal, has set aside a block of rooms for workshop attendees. The special room rate of $209 per night (Canadian) is available to workshop and trade show attendees. Registration deadline for special rate is April 25, 2008--extended due to high demand!
