Canadian Shot Peening Workshop

Electronics Inc. is sponsoring the 2008 Canadian Shot Peening and Blast Cleaning Trade Show in conjunction with the Canadian Workshop at the InterContinental Montreal hotel. The trade show is open to all workshop attendees. This show will be a unique opportunity to display and view the products of the shot peening and blast cleaning industry.

Special room rates are available for attendees and exhibitors at the InterContinental Montreal

The InterContinental Montreal, has set aside a block of rooms for workshop attendees. The special room rate of $209 per night (Canadian) is available to workshop and trade show attendees. Deadline for special rate is April 5, 2008. To make hotel reservations:

  1. On-line: Make your reservation at the InterContinental Montreal on line. Workshop rate is included on form. (Link wll be added soon.)
  2. By phone: call the InterContinental at 514 847-8525 or 1-800-361-3600. Please mention the Shot Peening and Blast Cleaning Workshop when making your reservations.

Exhibitors

You are invited to display your company products and/or services in the Commercial Display Hall at the 2008 Canadian Workshop. Display space is limited, so complete the Commerical Booth Reservation Form and either mail, send as an email attachment, or fax it to us as soon as possible!

Cost for Display Space: $1000 USD
Fee includes table top display with one attendant, morning and afternoon break refreshments and lunch.
The cost is $150 USD for each additional booth attendant.

Deadline for reserving space is April 14, 2008.
Cancellation fee before April 14, 2008 is 25%. No refunds after April 14, 2008.
Set-up day is Monday, May 5, 2008, after 5pm.
